Application for cable extrusion line, stranding line, taping line, rewindling line, CCV & VCV Line.
Electric Control:
Siemens PLC + HMI control the whole stranding line.

Main Despriction:
1. Payoff & take up place on linear rail, each pillar can move individual or synchronized quickly to adjust space to avoid the cable bending or deformation.
2. Loading & unloading bobbin controlled by motor.
3. Suitable for bigger cable or tube on bobbins with different diameter and sizes.
4. Operate both individual and can be connected with extruder.
5. Tension of cable or tube can keep steady from start to end, also can adjust by control system.
6. Cable or tube keep straight, bobbin moving on linear rail.
7. HMI + PLC control system for pre-setting traversing pitch and for bobbin speed control.
8. Various of payoff and takeup tension control options.
9. Cable moving guider traverse can be variable frequency motor or servo motor drive.
