Concentric Stranding Machine:
Concentric Stranding Machine/ concentric strander designed for compacting round or sector-shape copper or aluminium conductor and overhead conductor. This concentric stranding machine also can be used for shield cable and armour cable. The concentric stranding line is designed for no-back-twist stranding and pressing of circular and sector shaped copper, Aluminum and ACSR conductors.
Electric Control:
Siemens PLC + HMI control the whole stranding line.

Main Despriction:
1. Machine is designed for no-back-twist stranding and pressing of circular and sector shaped copper, Aluminum and ACSR conductors.
2. Machine with good frame structure rigidity, contributing to high running speed, fast and convenient loading, no turnover spool and etc.;
3. One wire per bobbin, plus simple and stable tension control, and the maximum operating line speed reaches 3 times that of the frame rigid stranding line;
4. Machine with automatic wire-break detection function will stop immediately when there is wire breaks;
5. PLC control is adopted, providing stable operation, reliable performance and high degree of automation.
Electrical control system:
1. Cage motor, bobbin motor, traverse motor, and traction motor all adopt ac frequency conversion motor and Siemens inverter frequency conversion control
2. Machine with PLC control and touch screen
Advantage of the machine:
1. After the single wire on the storage bobbin of the cage is finished payoff,the single wire after drawing can be directly rewinded onto the bobbin which reduced the turnover process.
2. The tension of the cage have nothing to do with the rotating speed of cage, and the tension is stable and adjustable.
3. The structure of the twisted body is compact and reasonable, few wearing parts, the maintenance quantity is greatly reduced, and the maintenance cost is saved.
4. Low noise and environmental protection.
5. High degree of automation, saving labor, the equipment is controlled by an independent electrical system unit during start-up, shutdown and disconnection protection.
