630 Rigid Stranders:
The Rigid Strander/Cabler with (Independent motorized) Individual Motor Drive, application for the concentric assembly Stranded conductors for low, medium and high voltage Round compacted function. The machine is used for putting a number of wires together into a cable. Rigid frame stranders are cage type machines without backtwist. The Multi-purpose rigid cage stranders are used to:

  • Strand Aliminum and copper wires to round, compressed, compact bare conductors;
  • Produce overhead power transmission cables, such as ACSR;
  • Strand Milliken conductors(Segmented conductors);
  • Screen power cables with copper wires;
  • Strand insulated conductors;

Typical lines include the capability to strand from 19 to 127 wire. Cage are available in various construction type with various spooling brake system(spool brake with D.C. or A.C. motor, electromagnetic brake and pneumatic brake and mechanical brake) and Loading system ( Side loading and Side Bottom Loading)
